TERMS & CONDITIONS:
To apply for a licence to reside in Unirooms @ Ard Nua, please complete the above application form. Our full terms and conditions will be found in our licence agreement and our student code of conduct can be found on this website. By you and your Guardian/Guarantor signing this licence agreement, you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions and our Student Code of Conduct. Completing the above application does not guarantee you a place in Unirooms @ Ard Nua. It is only to apply for a licence agreement. Your room is not guaranteed until the licence agreement is signed by all parties and a booking deposit is paid.
FEES & CHARGES:
Booking / Security Deposit: A booking deposit of €300 is to be paid via EFT with this application. This booking deposit converts to a security deposit once you move in and is retained for the duration of your stay. The deposit is in addition to the overall fee. Any unsuccessful applications will receive a refund on their booking deposit. Please see Cancellation Policy below.
Overall price of the room: The overall price of the room includes several charges. These are broken down into licence to reside fees, service charges such as Cable TV, TV Licence, Refuse, Building Maintenance, Unlimited Wi-Fi, Security, etc. It also includes an electricity allowance of €400. Each Property is metered for pre-pay electricity and is topped up with the electricity allowance per student. It will be your responsibility to add to this meter during the course of the year should extra credit be required. Full details will be included in the licence agreement.
For first years who need to cancel must cancel your application for accommodation IN WRITING via email no later than 5pm on the 23rd August 2022.
All cancellations must be sent by email to email@example.com. Cancellations by telephone will NOT be accepted.
Returning students who need to cancel must do so before 5pm on August 1st 2022.
Please note a €100.00 Administration Fee will be deducted from the Booking Deposit for all cancellations before the above dates and the remainder refunded to your account. Refunded payments can take up to 20 working days to be returned.
If you cancel your room after the cut off dates above of 5pm August 1st and 23rd 2022, NO refund will be issued.
Subsequent to the booking deposit, all Licence Fee payments and service charge payments are non-refundable. The Licence Agreement is for a fixed period and should you wish to depart early, you will remain liable for all Fees due until 26th May 2023. No refunds can be made if you depart early. If you cancel your application for accommodation after having paid a Licence Fee payment and/or service charge, the onus will be on you to find a suitable replacement student occupier before the next payment is due. Unirooms has no obligation to find an alternative student occupier and failure to find a replacement will result in you losing all monies paid. Even though Unirooms have no obligation in finding a replacement, we will endeavour to assist in whatever way we can.
STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT:
On signing the Licence Agreement you agree to abide by the Student Code of Conduct. These Rules are for your safety as set out and may be subject to change during the course of the academic year. Should you breach this Code of Conduct your parents/guardians will be notified and your Licence Agreement may be terminated.

All details of payment schedules and payment methods will be contained within the licence agreement.
